Beyond Builders, Incorporated, located at 15 Carleton Avenue in East Islip, New York, is family owned and operated by its founder, Michael DiFede, son Anthony DiFede and daughter, Lisa Guarino. Michael DiFede has been in the building industry for over 30 years.
Michael has completed over 400 homes which include road developing. In addition, he has completed projects in the commercial building industry to include a 14,000 square foot commercial building. Affiliations include Board Director for the Long 1sland Builders Institute (LIBI) and chairman of The Islip Committee for LIBI. His son, Anthony DiFede has been in the building industly for over 14 years working hands-on in the field since starting Beyond Builders, Inc. in 1999. Anthony has completed over 60 projects in the new home building industry. Lisa Guarino has been in the building industry for 20 years. Lisa is responsible for all the coordinating of building new homes in addition to all office procedures.
Our highly motivated and knowledgeable staff is always up-to-date on the latest technologies. We will work with you every step of the way to ensure a pleasant experience and to complete your project the way you want it. Upcoming projects will include three new homes to be built in Bayport and two new homes in East Islip.
